I need to replace the pulley on my d16z6, preferably an aftermarket one. Was wondering if I bought one for a B-series motor if it would fit and operate the same than one off a d-series?

get an oem stock crank pulley, there is no need for one on a mostly stock engine....and why do you need to replace it?

Well, the old one just is giving me problems, I think it just has too much wear on it. My engine isn't stock, jrsc on her with built head.

B series and D series are not compatible. The B series crank snout is 28mm, whereas the D series is 24mm (some early ones were 22mm). If I were you, I'd take up MrRabbit87. The Y8 crank pulley will fit your D16Z6, and the alternator drive is bigger by about 1/4" so it will speed up your blower slightly, and give more boost.

Those pulleys are usually underdrive as well. You'll loose boost.
