Default Cylinder 4 MISFIRE?? Mini-me

Ok I am running my mini-me off my p2e computer. I have the p28 but its not in yet, im just trying to get her running. So I have the p2e hooked up and throwing a 14 (IACV) as it should becuase the y8 mani IACV is different then the y7. Ok, so it starts up easy, but runs ROUGH AS HELL. Liek the whole car is shuddering. Its making some weird poping sounds on the exhuast side fluctuating between normal sounding and harley sounding. Then the CEL throws a Cylinder 4 Misfire ? What? Why would cylinder 4 misfire? What would cause this? And how do I fix it? Would the misfire explain the exhuast sound and the gassy smell the exhuast is putting out?

Please help, this thing has been a bitch and now im real close, but its still being a bitch.

Thanks
Dan
