Default cutting out like a brick wall @ 2300rpm

I have a fully built LS in my 94 si hatch. Chipped p75 crome pro.
Anyways I got the car tuned after I finished the build. Ran super amazing! I live in georgia so the next step was to go pass my emmisions.... failed those. So I bought a universal cat and welded it in. Passed my emmsions. Yay! Drove the car daily for a couple weeks even made a trip to south carolina and back. The weather down here started dropping into the 40s and 30s. Thats when the problem started. The first thing I noticed was when I went to crank it up it took a couple seconds of the motor turning over before it actually started. So I headed out on my way to work. Five minutes into my commute I come to a stop sign. I stop. Look both ways. Then take off. I wasnt paying any attention to my tach because I was just driving easy as normal. When all of a sudden around 2-3k rpm its like my car hit a brick wall. My rpms start dropping. So I give it more throttle and that does nothing. I press the clutch in and throw it in second. Accelerating but this time watching the tach. 2300rpms same thing. At this point im thinking my tps has took a **** and im probably not going to make it to work. At least not on time. So I pull over. Shut the car off. Let it sit for a few minutes. Start it up and take off. Same thing. Now heres what has me puzzled. If/when it does stumble I can let the motor come to an idle and then begin acceleration again but not above the 2300rpm. It acts the same in every gear. If I throw it in nuetral and rev the motor it will cut out at about 3k. it does this for sometimes 5 minutes then everytjing goes back to the way its suppost to or longer. Like all the way home. And it onl does it whenever the car has not been running for 8+ hours. Ive checked my tps. Re calibtated it and even had my tuner check it on the laptop. I took it back to home because my tach was reading rediculously low. 6300 my shift light would come on when its set for 7300. The motor has less than 5k miles on it since rebuild. Ive replaced plugs. Dizzy. Cap rotor. Im completely lost on this and its getting really frustrating. If any one has any ideas ill send you many thanks. oh and happy turkey day everyone!

I had the same problem solved it by replacing the TPS and burning a new chip. Check the tps wires they may be broken that's another thing that happened to me.

I had a TDC sensor go bad in my EM1. It limited me to about 3200RPM. So higher than yours is...but...I had a B16A2 and stock ECU.
