Default Weird problem

I noticed something weird on my car this morning. After 2 hours sitting down, I started the car, and the RPM didn't go up for 3 seconds.... stayed at 0, and jumped at 2 after 3 seconds.... other than that, car runs fine.

What is it?

No I went to school and after 2 hours at school I went to my car and started it.... I was not sitting in it... The car was in the parking for 2 hours.... anyway it doesn't matter. The point is: when i started it, the rpm did not go up to 2 immediately, it stayed at 0 and after 3 seconds, it jumped up to 2....first time it did it to me...
