ctr headlights help
how do i make the outside of the headlight blue because i see some civic on the road with it and it looks crazy and do the ctr headlight come with black housing need some help

The headlights you're thinking of are called ion headlights. They're aftermarket headlights and are found on eBay.
Type R headlights come with gunmetal housing, not black. The black ones are DIYs where people spray painted the inside of the light assembly.
