Re: CRX Si rim question (B18C1 '96 Coupe)
What year CRX Si? '88-89 or '90-91? And what model '96-00 Civic?
'90-91 CRX Si wheels (5-spoke sawblades) apparently will not fit over EX/Si brakes. '88-89 wheels will, from what I have read.

The clearance over the caliper bracket is most likely the problem - as it is with HX wheels. I personally haven't tried to put my CRX wheels on my Civic, so I don't know - I'm just going by what others here have said.

Re: CRX Si rim question (Targa250R)
I oculdnt tell you what the hell the previous owner did. He is ghetto I am in teh process of rebuilding it now. He is a jack *** sold me a car the brakes calipers wernt attached to the car but by oine bolt. It is a car that needs someone to take care of it. The airbags were blown the steering colum was broken The body needs a little work. and the motor probably needs arebuild. Sensative subject for me.

if your talking about the 5 spoke blade looking crx wheels then yes they will fit. I was borrowing my buddy's crx si stocks and they fit my 96 ex fine. I'm the original owner of the car so I know that the calipers weren't grounded down. As far as how the wheels looked.....well they looked kinda funny on my coupe.

Okay, here is some definite proof. I went out and swapped a wheel from my '91 CRX Si onto my 2000 Civic Si.
The wheel BARELY clears the caliper bracket, but it does indeed clear and the wheel spins fine. There appears to be one millimeter or less of clearance there between the two, but it does fit.
Sorry for the confusion before. That's what I get for not making sure I was correct before posting.

I put some on my sisters 94 EX and they scraped the caliper, so we grinded down the caliper andand the wheel a little, but i liked how they looked.
