Default Crossed tps wires

I have a 00 si and the other day my vtec stopped working due to low voltage on the tps sensor. When i got to testing it i accidently grounded the positive wire and it made a clicking noise around my fuel rail and now it will not start. Its not getting fuel and the main relay isnt clicking but i replaced the relay and still doesnt work. Fuses are good and its slightly fires over every once and a while and with 30 mins of trying i can get it to start but its nearly impossible to keep it running. Did i fry my ecu ?

volt meter on the red/black wire will tell you if your ECU is still putting out the 5V required.
If it's not, you likely popped either the underhood ECU fuse, or the ECU itself.

Yup i swapped out ecu that was the problem. Im getting tps high voltage now ? I wanna be sure i put the wires back in the connector right. Looking at the top of the connector from left to right the wires go green red yellow? Is that the correct order.
