Default Crazy clutch problem Need HELP please read

Alright so heres my problem, I got a new single cam Y8. Threw on my flywheel, clutch and tranny, install new throwout bearing and swap into the car. I start it up and what do i find? The car will go into gear without pressing the clutch

After going crazy i take the tranny off of the motor. Re align the clutch, and find that the clutch fork just falls off of the tranny. Got a replacement fork and spring, and reinstall everything. Start the car same problem.

So i say hey maybe the clutch is bad somehow, order a new clutch, and install new pilot bearing in flywheel, install clutch, put everything back together and what do i find when i start it up same problem.

Ive been working on this car for almost a month trying to figure this out, any help will be greatly appreciated.

New motor same tranny, clutch, and flywheel. Which was working on other motor.

Im stumped and very frustrated and dont care about my grammar right now, somebody please help

I don't think its your clutch.
Seems to me its your tranny itself.
Try starting the car pressing the clutch
and see if it moves.

Well if you say you didnt put the axles in then if its moving
thats normal. It will move on neutral, but if thats not your case then
its your tranny. Mos def.

Hey buddy, not sure how youre holding oil in the tranny while the axels are out but, yea, it hasnt got any thing hold it back right now. even if the clutch is pressed in, It will still be moving from when it was engaged. Put the axels and everything back together and try it down the road. If its still happening, check to make sure you got the clutch release arm on the pivot ball good. You could check it if the clutch slave cylinder on the tranny is off and move the arm around a little. You should be able to move it pretty easily but should feel the spring clamp hold it back a little. make sure not to pull it off the ball by doing this. If after all that, including the test drive, get a new tranny. Have you bled the clutch out REAL good? Ive bled the crap out of em before and then the test drive, they feel spongy. Need to double check that. If you said it worked fine before, theres got to be a problem with the way you did something going back in. Check the clutch fluid and rebleed it. Second, put the axels back in and test drive it and go from there.
