CRANK PULLEY BOLT???
**Stock D16Z6 95 Civic Ex
Ok, so I was driving home the other day-not racing or anything abnormal
and i get in the turning lane and stop, and i can hear this soft metal tinging
sound...open my door look under my car...nothing. So i go to pull into a
parking lot and my battery light comes on, then no power steering, and
the car starts to die. I open the hood and cant see ANYTHING. Turned the
car on then checked under the hood-no belts turning?!?! wtf?? It turns out
pulley bolt twisted off! The head of the bolt was making the sound inside
the pulley. I've only heard of that happening once or twice
but very rarely. I just want to know has it happened to anyone else?? and
what would cause this to happen besides over torquing...
