the mid-pipe from that exhaust will fit, but the hatchback's are shorter so the end part would be sunken in
i believe any 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra mid-pipes are all identical from the catback, just the axle-back is different.
don't take my word for it though

i have a hatch back exhaust on my car and it is short. i like the sleeper look though. you will have to get the coupe axle back if you want it to fit right. if you leave it you will have to put in new hangers and the pipe might hit the rear lca every now and again. what kind of squeaking in your clutch constant or intermittent.
