Icon5 Correct intake manifold gasket for 1998 D16Y8 mini-me swap?

If this has been asked a hundred times and I didn't find it forgive me and I will delete the post.

Doing the Y7 to Y8 head mini-me swap and using the manual Y8 intake manifold with the 2 pin IACV. As it has the five air injector holes I marked in blue as well as the flange up top I will be using J-B Weld to fill up or maybe have a shop weld them shut. What is the indented bronze circle I marked in red and do I need it filled/J-B welded/welded or even worry about it? And do I just buy the same gasket as I previously used (last picture) or a different one? Much appreciated!

I previously did the Y7 to Y8 automatic intake manifold swap on my car years ago and noticed it didn't have that indented bronze circle. Also realizing the "top" or upper part of the manual intake manifold is flatter/sharp rectangle compared to the automatic one.
