Cooling rims. fan blade style? drunk idea last night.

Cooling rims. fan blade style? drunk idea last night.
we were watching some speed channel and noticed the fire red brakes on the nascar cars. **** i have seen this at auto cross events. anyways.
couldnt they just make some rims that have a sort of "blade" or "twist" to them.
to act as a sort of fan blade, to push air over the entire braking system?

im sure if i was anything worth while it was already thought of and tried.
