Default "reversible" puller fan?

im looking for a 10" pusher fan.

the only <$100 priced ones are generic "reversible" puller fans. but if you look at the shape of the blades, it obviously wouldnt be working as efficiently if it were used as a pusher.

are there any cheaper pusher fans out there, or am i gonna have to shell out $150 for a fan

take generic puller fan, reverse the polarity and flip the blades over.
now it's as efficient as it was the other way.

you wouldnt even have to flip the blades, they should be just fine with the polarity switched.

most sites i saw only mentioned reversing polarity and nothing about flipping blades, which that alone is not a viable option for me.

i figured they were a premoulded fan/blade assy mounted to the motor, do some actually come with removable, flippable blades?

ill get in touch with b18bturbo, thanks.

everyone I've seen has a nut that holds the blades to the armature of the motor. 8mm usually.

If the blades are straight, it's not going to matter.... Just reverse the polarity.

There is one vendor in the marketplace that has cheap fans that I've run for a long time with no problems.
I'm currently running two in a pusher puller configuration.
