Default Constant Metal scraping when rolling.

Car definitely does not feel safe to drive, there is a constant scraping sound coming from what I believe to be the wheels. Upon discovery I replaced brakes and rotors hoping that that would solve the case. Bt to my dismay, it actually worsened the situation. braking doesn't seem to quiet the braking as long as the car is rolling here's scraping. I THINK it may be bad wheel bearings but I'm going to take it to a shop soon. I just wanted a heads up. thank you!

Put your hands on the top and bottom of the rotor see if you can move it in and out. if not your wheel bearings are fine. Did you check your dust shields

Is the car lowered? Kinda dumb question, however it wasn't covered in the post. If it is lowered, do you have a camber kit installed? Also like sp00ledbseries said, check dust shields. GL

It's stock height, the dust shield has been looked over and there's no issue with it. one thing I noticed... one of the sides. I removed the rim, caliper, pads, and rotor and spun it freely... but there was still scraping sounds...

bearing wont scrap like what you mentioned. i would double check your heat shield again. look closer to the hat of the rotor. you will be looking for shiny metal.

those heat shields are sometimes a pain to get adjusted correctly.

I've heard some nasty wheel bearings, may as well check those too. They're not cheap, mine were about 150 just for the front.

so even when I remove all brake components (rotor, caliper, pads) from the assembly and spin what's left of the axle, the dust shield can still scrap against stuff? because I took it all off and there was with a slight scraping sound when I hand turned the axle.
