Default Condensation on bottom of air box. 97 civic

Was just wondering if it's normal or not. Condensation building on the bottom of the air ducts under the dash. With the Ac on? Probably normal. Heard it could be low on freon?

Just looking for a certain answer.

Make sure evaporator housing drain tube is no plugged...
Honda Automotive Parts #14, not uncommon for the drain to be plugged on older cars. 94
