Compression issue, help NEEDED >.<

Default Compression issue, help NEEDED >.<

<U>2000 EJ8 w/ 1997 B18C1(90k)</U>

Other than intake/header/lowered, she's basically bone stock.
I ran a compression check just for the hell of it the other day...

220-220-130-220

I knew this wasn't good, believe it's supposed to be no more than a 27 PSI difference on the GSR. So I ran a leak down test...

Cylinders 1, 2 & 4 all came back between 5-8% leakage.
Cylinder 3, where I had the low compression.. was 6-7% leakage.

I'm not real sure how this is possible. It drives fine compared to any other GSR I've ever driven. I thought maybe I had faulty gauges.. but after doing both tests with brand new gauges, I still had the same results...

Anyone have any ideas? Help would be MUCH appreciated. TIA

Pull the plugs and see if #3 has more oil or crud on it compared to the others maybe even shine a light in it or something and see whats up with it. That is kind of wierd but problems have to start somewhere i guess.

The #3 plug did have quite a bit of detonation, and there was a buildup of oil/crud around the 3rd tube on the valve cover. What would that mean though?
I cleaned it up. I Added new NGK plugs/wires and a new valve cover gasket/tube seals. Everything under the valve cover looked to be in good shape.
