Default Comp Cams 59300

I have a 95 ex D16Z6 with I/H/E I want to put in a Comp Cam 59300 with Titanium springs and retainers, as well as a new Skunk2 cam gear, and Vtec controller. Should I reseat the valves and put in new gaskets at a machine shop or can I just put everything in the head the way it is now?
Also has anyone see or heard good hp results from this mod?
Thanks

it is up to you to go that far with your head, but if you do u might as well PAndP it. and there are good gains with proper tuning.

If you are going to do the compressor trick or some such thing to replace springs and retainers and keep stock valves, I wouldnt worry about much now. But if you are going to have the head pulled to replace stuff, its probably in your best interest to at least have the seats hand lapped at least, and putting fresh gaskets in the head cant hurt anything either.

Might as well rebuild the head. I have the 59300 and I love it, it makes more noise than stock... but its not too bad.
