Default cold air intake question

I put AEM cold air intake in my car (civic EX 2000) today. Now when I start my car it make noise. I think noise is coming from air filter. Can some one help me out here.
I installed air intake in my friends car long time ago. His car maid same noise. I forgot what we did to fix it.

It seems like it is sucking air. But it is loud.

if its a hissing noise, it should be fine. also when you shut off the car it makes a sound like it released some air. that is also normal.
