92 Civic Si, stock. Code 9 has popped up and I did the Ohm test and it read 405 ohms which is in specs (350-700). I checked the others as well and they are fine too. Now the distributer was squealing and squaking as if there was some bearing or something rubbing. I found alot of red dust, magnetic shavings , inside the cap which is odd. I found the shaft was just a tad wobbly but not really a big deal. I cleaned it out with brake cleaner and that sound is gone but not the engine light. I reset the ECU but it still returned code 9. What the hell do I do now ? I have run out of ideas. Any ideas would be greatly appriciated dumb or not. Thanks in advance.
