Default code 9

my obd1 b18c1 in my 95 civic is throwing code 9. there is a wire hangine that is disconnected from the block. the guy that had the engine before me must have cut it. the wire is blue w/ black stripe. does anyone know where this goesn in my p72 ecu>?

by the way code 9 is the cylinder sensor.

i know that the sensor is inside the distributor and needs to be replaced as an asembly if it is bad but i dont know how to tell my car is doing the same thing
