What condition are your spark plugs in?

Maybe that would be part of the problem?

did you change the wires recently and screw up the firing order?

i haven't messed with the plug wires anytime recently. maybe i'll try new plugs before i go changing the timing belt.

Is this a bone stock 99 Ex?

Have a turbo kit - maybe the GReddy kit with the bluebox?

What is your base timing set to? Did you verify it with a timing light?

Did you run the Hack on the old T25 setup? Did you have the same misfire problems?
