Code 43 after wiring up 02 sensor!

Code 43 after wiring up 02 sensor!
Ok so I wired it up this morning ..Started up fine ..No does nothing ..Took it down the road for a few runs and about 5 mins later C.E.L comes on and I get home reads code 43 ...The only thing I can think of is ..Does it matter which black wire goes where on that 02 sensor ? Or i mean could I have reversed them in the wrong locations to make it throw this cell ? Thanks alot

HHMMM if its honda OEM then you shouldnt have to repin or anyhting just plug it in. I got universals. SO I had to run some wiring. Good luck to you.
