Default Code #22 Vtec pressure switch, only on highway.

Got a 95 Civic ex coupe, with a d15b vtec swap.

My problem is, when I get on the highway ONLY, the cel comes on, and I get #22 vtec pressure switch.

I have replaced the whole sensor(s) and wired them DIRECLTY to the p28 pin a4 and d6 and grounded the black wire to the battey ground on the body.

I can feel vtec kick in or hear it at least when I am on a street and from first gear and take it to 7K.

I noticed today I got on the highway, I was probaly in 3rd gear and dowshifted and got the rpms high. So its not rpms, mabey its higher speed, like 80mph, im not sure.

Some weird symtoms i have had since i boght the car:
Black (soot?) I assume all over the rear bumper.

I was doing regular maintness on the car tonight and noticed the oil leve was low, so i filled her back up, noticed the dizzy was advaced all the way, put it in the middle, NEED to get a timing gun.

about 2 weeks ago, I put seafoam in the gas and in the brake booster vac line, the rpms raised when I did that...

I was having the vtec problem way before I seafomed it though......

So of course my question is, how do i fix this? What is the problem? Mabey faulty ecu? Its the stock p28 (ex)

driving today, my buddy was behind me in his car following me, He told me my car smoke a lil bit, White smoke that is, when I downshift or get on it hard. sO we assume im getting enough oil.....

well v-tec won't engage w/o the proper oil level, make sure it's topped up. And btw black soot means your running rich.. it couldof been because you were advanced all the way, set your timing properly to 16bdtc.

For your v-tec problem.. i would check out the screen, its possible it could be dirty, also check your coolant leve

First time it happend the oil WAS low, I topped it off, and it still troiws the code, mabey cuz i didnt reset the ecu?

Coolant levle, im not sure, ill check that too

So i took it on the highway again, I was in fifth crusing, then dropped it into 4rth, got it pas 80 MPH, then the light came on.

So it seems like its only at high rpms and high speeds
