code 21 and code 6 --dont have a vtec motor

code 21 and code 6 --dont have a vtec motor
ok well here is the setup .. and the car wont start
97 EK hatch (manual)
98 DX hatch automatic motor with manual tranny ..
iam going back to stock
y7 manual harness
y7 manual ecu
y7 auto dizzy
all sensors are still from the auto intake manifold (both have the same sensors from the looks of it)
there is spark and everything
car wont crank over
yes i have gas ..
any help would be great .. thank you
