code 15. i've search, have a different problem.
93 civic cx hatch. running jdm d15b vtec. it ran fine before my friend took off his throttle body, IACV, FITV and sprayed it all down with carb cleaner. when we plug it back in, it starts but at 1.5k rpm it studders. beyound 2krpm it works like normal. we check code and its throwing code 41 and 15. the 41 was there before but code 15 came on after we put it back together. what could be the problem thanks.

are you sure its code 15 and not 14 because 14 is a IACV and did you check this thread
