error

my clutch pedal had resistance when i pressed down on it before the problem. now when i press it down its like a sponge, and doesnt want to come up as quickly. im having increasingly more difficulty shifting. my synchro is going out in third because it grinds any higher than 4500 rpm shifts. i dont think that is causing the problem with the clutch however but thats just my guess. its a b16 hydraulic tranny

oh and another thing..... after around 10 minutes of driving, it shifts much smoother and the clutch improves
