Clutch Replacement
Can anyone take the time to give me a step by step through a clutch replacement? If not are there any suggestions? My clutch is going out fast and i can't afford for a shop to fix it. Also any special tools i will need that you could inform me of would be great. Thanks for your help.

Re: Clutch Replacement (4NOWJUSTADX)
you need to consider how you are going to get the transmission out. the only special tools you will need are a torque wrench, something to hold your engine up when the trans is out,12pt sockets, and a big *** socket (1 1/4" I think) for the axle nuts. The rest is standard hand tools. It takes me about 3.5 hours to do this job on a lift including a new flywheel from start to finish. I think you will take all day if you do it in the garage. If you do not have the tools to do it, it is cheaper to take it to a shop. If you mess the job up, it will cost you more time than its worth in dollars.
