Default Clutch Rattle

When I have the clutch engages on my 1993 Honda civic it makes this rattle/grind noise. Sometimes it's not there and it goes away when I press in the peddle. Any idea's in how to fix this or adjustments or anything of the sort.

Sometimes the springs come lose from the clutch disk, and they rattle around in the tranny.
