Default Clutch issue

Hey guys I tried searching but I couldn't find the problem. If you guys can help that would be perfect.

My car is a gsr swapped 92 civic hatch. it's a 01 gsr motor w/ hydro tranny. master clutch cylinder is dx stock.

Recently the clutch's friction point changes and sometime it engages a lot lower. At cold weather it comes up slower too. Is this due to the fact that I have the stock MCC? or is it because I haven't bleed it properly?

Any insight would definitely help me out. thanks!

well if you didnt bleed it properly then you are risking ALOT on that alone.
cold temp causes materials to expand. so it might be that. but once you drive it for a while it should be back to normal operating temp

I didn't get the answer here, so you're saying it's just the cold temp that made the clutch feel like that?

A lower engagement point would be indicative of air in the system. The master and/or slave could be failing slowly. Eventually you will lose all pressure in the system. Try to see if it is leaking from somewhere. If not bleed the system again and see if the problem occurs again...

Has the fluid level in the clutch master dropped? If so you have a leak. Usually you can see the master cyling inside the car check that first. I alwways replace the master and slave at the same time unless on has obviously been replaced before. Also anytime I run into a clutch hose I replace it with braided at the same time.
