Default Civic hatch with b18b1 clutch issue

Hey guys. I have a 92 civic hatchback with a clutch problem. It has the b18b1 from an integra. The clutch isn't very far off of the ground and only has a little bit of travel. Bought it that way. There is a little more free play than I would like and the level on the master stays full. Any ideas what the issue could be? I'm not familiar with the b series swap into civics so any help would be nice.

I'm guessing it could be the clutch pedal adjustment or something hydraulic?

Fluid leak?

Air in hydraulic system?

Bad MC or SC?

I had time to bleed the clutch tonight. Didn't seem like any air came out of it and it didn't change anything. So I'm assuming there is not air in it and the slave and master are good. I see no leaks from the slave or master.

During the swap from single to dual cam is there a change in master cylinder? Swap was done when I got the car. Bought it how it is. Should I try adjusting the clutch pedal rod maybe?

The clutch fork move. Just not as far as one would think. The clutch pedal isn't as far off the ground physically before touching it as other civics I've owned.

Thanks!

The travel of the clutch is much shorter than my other vehicles. I am assuming this means the clutch master cylinder is going out or the pedal needs adjusted. The slave has no visual leaks and I assume it to be good. I know the mc can have internal leaks and I'm Guessing its bad. May just replace both and then adjust the pedal...

B-series and d-series clutch are very similar and work in the same way. Adjust the pedal first. Should have like 3/4 to 1" of free play I think

I adjusted the pedal and it feels much better now!! Still haven't drove it to make sure it isn't slipping but it was not slipping before the adjustment so lets hope for the best.
