Clutch install, got some questions...
What all do you need to grease? Does it matter what type of grease? Do you only clean off the clutch and flywheel of oil and grease? And do the torque specs for the flywheel/clutch for the motor or does it go by the clutch you use?
Anything else?

Hi-temp grease on the fork, the cup the slave cylinder piston pushes on, the shaft where the throw out bearing slides on... make sure you don't get any grease on any of the friction surfaces or else you'll end up with a crappy chattering/slipping clutch.

Where can you get hi-temp grease from, does it really matter on brand?

Any high temp bearing grease from your local auto parts store will work..
You can always ask the tranny gurus what they are using... (bauly civic, bense, transzex, etc.)

You dont really need anything to hold the flywheel up. Theres a lip on the flywheel that keeps it up on the crank, place it on that and thread the first bolt a little so you could still move the fly. Then get the other bolts in.

Ok now on the throw out bearing and release fork...I got it the old bearing and fork off and now putting the new one on. Got the fork on the to the ball, now does the throw out bearing just slide into the input shaft and not clip onto anything? The fork and bearing moves smoothly back and forth.

nvm i guess i just had to press on harder, doesnt pop off anymore.
ok for torquing down the pressure plate, found a helms...it says to do it 19 ft-lbs, but my torque wrench lowest setting is 20ftlbs. would it hurt to do 20?

so it wouldn't hurt torquing it 1-2lb's over?

1-2 lbs really isnt anything. At most you'll stretch the bolts threads by .0000002142mm and will have to use new ones next time (and whens that gunna be)
I work on CAT machines, but i use my IR 3/4 air ratchet to run in flywheel bolts then when it stops i give it antoher quarter turn. lol. i use torque wrench for rod and journal caps, and the head, thats pretty much it...
