Clutch install, got some questions...
What all do you need to grease? Does it matter what type of grease? Do you only clean off the clutch and flywheel of oil and grease? And do the torque specs for the flywheel/clutch for the motor or does it go by the clutch you use?
Anything else?

Should just need white lithium grease for the throw out bearing.
:edit: If you are installing a clutch, no need to clean it off, per se. But do make sure you don't get the great or oil on the clutch disc, flywheel or pressure plate. It is advisable to handle with gloves or a rag to keep the surfaces clean.

Use OE Honda specs for flywheel and pressure plate bolts.

I always chase the threads and the bolt threads followed by some locktite. The pressure plate bolts sometimes snap the heads off, so just be prepared for that. I think there like 17ft/lbs. check tho

Ekk. I checked the helms and it said 19ft/lbs, but the lowest setting on my torque wrench is 20ft/lbs...also I dunno what model Integra helms (online pdf) it's for, just says Integra.

You should be fine with 20, I wouldn't worry but thats just me. As for the manual it should be the same as all b series clutches interchange.
