Climate Control Problem! PLZ HELP!!!

Climate Control Problem! PLZ HELP!!!
The problem is with the direction control part. I don't know if it's a piece behind the **** or what, because it turns fine and it seems like it should adjust normally, but air just blows out in all directions (all vents).
Its gettin cold and my windows fog up, but thankfully I figured out a way where I can see okay, but I want to get this fixed as soon as I can. I just need to find out what the part(s) is called, if possibly broken, so I can get this fixed.

Even though it is a newer car it could be your blower selection motor. I had a friend that had one go out before. Check fuses also for your heater.
