Could be any number of things. Do you plan too fix it yourself or take it to a shop and have them fix it ?
I would look at the ball joints first, tie rod ends, then lower control arms. Could be a bad wheel bearing.

wobble the wheel and get someone to hold the brake, if it goes away then its the wheel bearing. If not it could be the tie-rod. If you cant even wobble it with it in the air then it could be out of balance

Re: civic wheel wobble
you should be able to drive it to the shop especially if it just started.. mines been liek that for 3 months n im still driving lol.. the tie-rod is more dangerous tho.. get it fix.. wheeling barring is just annoying but is still drivable

Re: civic wheel wobble
Grab on to the wheel while the car is on the ground. Try to move it diagnally back and forth (like you were going to make it go left then right) does it sound like the wheel is not bolted down? If so, it's your tie rod (something I desperately need to replace on my car) If it doesn't lift the front off the ground and try it again, if you feel it now, same problem, just not as bad. Mine is so bad you can do it on the ground and I get a few mm of play and the clacking. While you have it in the air place you hands at the top and bottom of the wheel/tire and try to wobble it forward and back. If there is play there then you have a bad ball joint or bad balljoints. Not as imperative as your tie rod and typically doesn't cause a vibration. Mine have been shot since I bought my car.
Unless you lost a weight I don't see the wheels being out of balance.
