Default Civic Side-Mirrors, need info.

Hey guys, i got an EG hatch and i've noticed on tech forums that people put EK looking side mirrors on their EG hatches, i just wanted to know if the EK sidemirrors actually fit on EGs as well or if they are aftermarket, thanks and heres a picture for example.

Those are spoon style mirrors. They make them for TONS of applications. Hit up eBay and search "spoon mirror" ....

how is the spoon mirror adjusted, GSRhatch? is it powered, manual from the inside like stock, or do you have to push the mirror from the outside?

you push it from the outside not that big of deal for some but for others it can be bothersome

That means they're not real and shouldn't cost as much as the real deal.

Sorry if I'm bringing this thread back from the grave, but I was curious if anybody has the eBay "Spoon Style" mirrors and could give their personal opinion on them.

I'm thinking of getting a set (manual version) and was wondering if I needed to swap out the lever/handle to the spoon style to get them to adjust?

Also, how do they fit? Seems that the mounting method is different with the spoon copies as they need to have new hardware to mount to the base of the door, is this correct?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
