CIVIC rev limit 5700rpm

Default CIVIC rev limit 5700rpm

i got a 94 civic coupe ex 5 speed wit a d15b8 block and 16 valve non vtec head. i have p06 ecu. My car runs great but it hits rev limiter at about 5700rpm, i got a new map sensor cuz the old one was bad i clean the iac, new fuel filter, i checked the o2 senor and it was good and the ect was good. has anyone had this problem that could help, it a non vtec ecu and should redline at 7200rpm

no the p06 should rev around 62-65, 7200 is way too much
