Civic putters just in wet weather???
Okay guys my car only does this when it is raining out or snow..and when driving my car sort of putters...I coming out of first and it doesnt feel like it has power then when i sort of floor it..it doesnt go and then it kicks in randomly and goes quick back to normal? It does it in any gear.. It has new battery..new alternator if that helps.. 92 d16.

see if the distributor cap seal is good. sometimes water can spary up in side of there, and also the TPS seal. my chevy 1500 did the same thing.

my vote is spark plug wires, seen it a million times.
do a full tune-up, chances are if the wires are bad it could use it anyway.

Even if you have a SRI, if your splash guards aren't in place it could still be sucking in some water which throws off your MAF, had that problem before.
