Civic lx 97 Dash Lights (Climate Control)
so not too long ago my dome light pissed me off that it wasnt working so i spliced it to work after that my dashboard lights stopped working... i've had many aftermarket decks in the car since i've gotten it and the climate control lights never gave me a problem just the dome light and as soon as i fixed that the dash lights don't want to work

A paperclip? That sounds like it comes straight from the FSM. That sounds like a hack job to me. Especially if it caused you climate control lights to stop working. The FIRST thing you should be checking after fuses is undoing whatever it is you did to cause the condition. If you revert to the previous state and it fixes the issue then you know where the problem is.

i checked the fuse and i did that and it didnt fix it yeah cause riping wires out of a stock harness and splicing it is so much better than just connecting two ports together while they are still hooked up so i can unhook it whenever i want it is a hack job if you are just gonna sit in my thread and not help u can gtfo cause you have helped me 0 and just insulted me a lot how would you do it smart guy huh? what would you get to splice it i did everything safely its a peice of metal so it can conduct electricity wrapped it in electrical tape so it doesnt cause surges so please just shut up with ur almighty knowladge cause you didn't help me with crap
@RonJ@HT thank you for your advice but the fuse was ok ane just in case i changed it out with a new fuse and nothing still i switched out bulbs as well and nothing

You are not listening. You caused the condition with your "fix". You said that everything worked before you applied it so there is your starting point.
And don't take it personal. I don't know why people do. If I did the same you would call it a hack job. If you took your car to a shop and learned that they "fixed" your problem with a paperclip you would call it a hack job and demand your money back or a proper fix be applied. No different than what you did.
Again. Trace it back to when it was working and you have the starting place to begin your troubleshooting.
