What have you tried to fix it?
Is it flooding?
Have you tried taking your plugs out to see if they are soaked in gas?
Is the timing correct?
Also have you tried cleaning your FITV?
Just some suggestions. Need more info

you may need to adjust you idle screw a bit....make you you follow procedure.
Engine fully warm up
disconect you AIC
turn car on (may need to hold gas for while to get it to idle)
Turn the idle screw out quarter turn out every 2 minutes
set you speed idle at 8500 rmp
plug AIC back on
disconect battery for 30 seconds
hope it helps>>>>

^^ If your not getting any spark and you know it's not your wries or plugs, then yeah chances are it's your dizzy.
If you don't want to buy a whole new dizzy, remove your ECM from your dizzy, and take it to the nearest auto parts store and have it tested. If that tests ok, check your rotor and cap to see if it needs replaced. If that's ok, try replacing your ignition coil.
Hope this helps

If your rotor hasn't been removed in a while, the first time you take it off is difficult. Took me 15-20 one time. Just have patients
