Default Civic door trim and window channel trim?

I am in the process of making my car look a bit better among other things. Does anyone know where I may be able to get the trim that sits on the door (the rubber on mine is eroding and I don't really want the bling look)? I know majestic carries it but it is expensive as hell. Also wondering about the rubber that seals and guides the window, mine is f'd up. I have searched but I am just not sure what terms to use. Every thread I find suggests blinging out the door trim and I don't know what paint to use to repaint it. Thanks in advance.

Pick-a-part auto junkyards. I find knick knacks like that all the time.

Thanks for the advice.... I don't know about the paint though. Guess i am just going to the store and look for a rubberish paint.
