I know in my EK both the Civic and the model badge (ex. DX) are held on by double sided adhesive stuff. The H on the other hand will leave 2 small holes.

well there is no difference concerning whats holding the emblems on,..your "civic" and "SI" emblems are held on by double sided adhesive,...the "H" emblem in the middle of the trunk is held on by adhesive and 2 holes,...to take off the civic and SI emblems,..simply heat them up with a hair dryer,..then take some dental floss and run it behind the emblems,..you will then have a imprint of adhesive where the emblems use to be,..goo gone should take this off,..if not,.use clay bar and a nice wax

Nope. I removed my civic sign. Just take some floss and maybe a blow dryer. The blow dryer will help to soften the adhesive. Then take the floss and put it behind the sign and move it back and fourth. Should come right off. If there is some stains left on ur car just use some goof off or goo gone to remove it.

The civic badge is off on my car, someone took it! Leaves no holes. I was always wanting to get the civic badge again, but it actually looks good without it. The H though leaves 2 holes.
