Hiya, I recently bought a new panel for the bottom part of my dash where the pocket and cigarette lighter are at, and I can't pop the cigarette lighter out of my old panel. How the hell do I do this? I've tried pressing REALLY hard on it with no luck. Looking at the back of it, it looks like there is a tab or something, but I'm not sure.

Maybe I should just buy a new one from the dealer.

On the EKs, it screws in. Hold the front, and unscrew the back. I don't know if 7th gens are the same.

definately doesn't screw out =/ oh well its prob more of a pain then its worth how much could it be, like 10 bucks from the dealer?

Theres propably a tab on there then you have to push in for it to come out. you might be able to rotate it so you can see it better, but every car is different so without looking at it i cant tell you exactly how to do it.
