Checking Dizzy O ring
96 Civic EX
I had the o ring done about 2 years ago.
I still have an oil leak in that area.
I was checking under the dizzy with a flashlight and I put my hand under it to check for fresh oil, I didn't come up with oil, does that mean it is not the cause of the leak?
Is there a way to know if the dizzy is leaking or not?

Valve cover gasket?
The O-ring is incredibly easy to replace, as is the valve cover gasket. If you feel it might be either, just go ahead and do them. Cheap fix.

Re: Checking Dizzy O ring
Clean off the entire area. Check for additional leakage each time you fill up for gas, or once a week. The leak should expose itself.
