Check Engine Light HELP!!! KNOCK SENSOR!!!!!!!
Hey guys,
I have a OBD-0 JDM B16A in my 93 civic running on an OBD-1 JDM P30 ecu. Being as how the ecu is obd-1, it looks for a knock sensor which i have been told the obd-0 b16 motor does not have. Right now it comes on when it wants to, sometimes after 1 minute of driving, sometimes anfter 20 mins of driving. Is there anything I can do so the CEL does not come on for it? Thanks in advance for the help!!!!
-Dennis

Have you guys ever heard about grounding out the knock sensor wire???? Someone was telling me about that and said it would make it stay off. I didnt think/know if that would work though......
