check engine
the ecu throw a code 41 primary o2 sensor heater, jdm b16 with a p30 using cx harness, if someone code just give me some better details on this code and what i can do to get it off? maybe i wired the o2 bad but it didnt come on till a week of driving

first and foremost, check your wiring. make sure its wired correctly and and that you dont have any opens or that its grounded out. if that checks out...
then take out your multimeter and start taking some readings.
set it to millivolts and see what it says. obviously on start up, the fuel system will be in closed loop (if the motor is cold) which will read about 800 to 1000 millivolts. if it is reading far from that or at 0 or 1000 millivolts, then the 02 sensor is bad.... obviously. if you are using a normal digital multimeter, then it would constantly change in the 450-550 millivolts range.
also, with KOEO, check to see that you are getting your reference voltage (5v), and voltage for the heater, as well as check for voltage drop on the ground wire. it should be very minimal if anything at all.
that should give you all the normal diagnostic tests needed to check your O2 sensor.
