I had mine done and if my car tottals out ill sale you the auto to 5 speed special place racing mount.

Here what you need, I didnt do it but i heard its annoying and time consuming.

Tranny,
Clutch
Flywheel,
Shift linkage and shifter
pedal assembly
clutch Slave cynliner
clutch master cylinder
clutch fluid line
Rear tranny mount,
enigine to tranny mount,
Auto to five speed special mount (unless you want to do some rewelding)
ECU for the 5 speed (if P28 you need the A01)
some manual transmission fluid.

maybe missing something in there, hope that helps.
