Changing the 2 lights that shine onto gauge needles.

Would changing the two white lights on top of the cluster that shine onto the gauge needles to red, help making white needles look red at night?

Did that make sense?

I would assume that would work unless there is some kind of colored film or lenses in between

More than likely they would make the needles look pink at best. Red+White=Pink.

instead of changing the actual bulb, just color in the plastic lense that the light shines through with red glass paint. it did it with my cluster and my needles look bright red at night. ill find a pic
