CEL Light Flickers
Hey guys I just finished my swap and started my car up for the first time. I notice that when you put the key to the ON position the CEL will flicker and thats it, it doesn't come on and stay on for a second. I have CELs when the car is running, but when I try to pull the codes it just does what I said earlier it just flickers and goes away. I also noticed that when the car was running the CEL flickered here and there like someting was loose?
Anyone have any advice besides pull the codes?
My setup is a d16z6 and I'm running a P28 with Neptune.

I'll check the bulb the next time I work on the car. If the ECU ground is loose could it cause this to happen?
No I didn't leave anything in the green connector.

You are right. The CEL bulb gets grounded by the ECU. Therefore, another explanation could be that the ECU connector is loose or the ECU CEL terminals are damaged and making poor contact.

Re: CEL Light Flickers
I have a lot of crimps on my ECU harness, like those push-on connectors so I could power my wideband. I wonder if this could've damaged my harness. I tapped the GROUND and POWER wire on one of the connectors. They are A23 and A25. And I know I was fiddling around with the harness here and there. I will remove the push-on crimps and see if it changes anything.
