Default CEL codes being a pain.

My car is throwing CEL #10 and #14 (intake air temperature sensor and the idle air control valve)
Recently during a tune up for inspection my mechanic went over the IAC and clean it to maybe get the light to go away but it hasn't.

What else is causing this problem?

If it helps to know.... my temperature is always normal, my radiator core is cracked, AND my SRS light is on..... could this be the wrong ecu in the car?

(i bought it recently with a d16 swap already done in so the ecu could be wrong)

anything info you guys need to help me out i can provide

thanks in advance.
