Default cel code 5 any suggestions?

im getting a code5 and a crappy idle i got a feeling its the intake manifold gasket leaking causing the map sensor to not read properly.

i have tried 2 map sensors with no change in the cars idle or drivability but if any one has any suggestions other then intake manifold gasket please let me know thanks

ok well i ordered the intake manifold gasket ill post if it fixed the problem just incase some one runs in the same issue

if you think you have a vaccum leak, run the engine, grab a can of carb cleaner or even spray oil and spray it around anywhere that might leak, if you have a leak the engine will die down a bit when the cleaner/oil is sucked in!

always finds leaks for me!

^Or he could just do the palm test to know if he's leaking without spraying crap everywhere =D

ok u could try where he left off 3 years ago lol or you could grab some propane and move it around while watchin your o2 voltage for a sudden changes to pin point the leak.
